Rehab Project Management

We believe that rigorous project management is required to successfully execute a renovation project. The process begins with a virtual meeting to ensure we understand your vision for the project. We visit the property with our contractors to get a line item estimate. Once that is approved, we work with you to provide regular status updates and guidance to achieve maximum results, all while sticking to an agreed upon timeline. 


Tenant Placement

Placing a qualified tenant is a vital step in the process. We use a trusted screening company that gathers all of the available information of the applicants, including a background and credit check by TransUnion. Once we have the full application package, we verify directly with the employer and previous rental to ensure accuracy of the information the applicant provided. Prefer to self-manage? Leave the tenant placement up to us and we will hand over the property with a qualified tenant in place.


Property Management

Our goal is to keep your tenants happy and living in the home long term. We take pride in taking care of our tenants. When they feel valued and at home, they tend to stay longer, which means less tenant turnover and more consistent cash flow for you. As a client, you will have access to your very own owner portal where you can see detailed monthly statements, work orders, invoices we paid to vendors, and pictures of any work. Who We Are

Thirdstone Properties was co-founded by a husband and wife team, Elenis and Isaac Camargo, who invested in Jacksonville while living in New York City. They found their passion for real estate and relocated to Jacksonville to provide other investors the opportunity to confidently invest from out-of-state. Shortly after, they joined forces with the agent, Michael Braddock, to create a seamless process from start to finish.
