Owner distributions are issued monthly via ACH, and detailed statements are provided each month outlining all income and expenses. Maintenance costs are tracked and linked directly to work orders, giving you complete transparency into where the money was spent.

Through your Owner Portal, you can access everything in one place at any time. This includes financial statements, rent collection activity, and expense tracking, all available on demand with a simple login.

Tenants pay rent securely online through Rentvine using bank accounts, debit, or credit cards. Rent is due on the first of each month, with a structured grace period and late fee process in place to ensure consistent collection.

At the end of the year, you will receive a full financial summary along with your 1099 for tax reporting, making it easy to stay organized and prepared.
